My daughter bought a used car from Matt Castrucci today! She had test driven it and talked numbers yesterday. We showed up today and our salesman was out temporarily, but the team jumped into action! They were kind, quick and efficient! It was one of the easiest car sales experiences I’ve ever had. No sotting around for hours or pressure sales that I’ve experienced in the past. Rudy, Noah, Joel & Will were very helpful. Went to them wanting to look at a specific car, Noah pulled it up as soon as he could (they were busy!) & had all the doors & the hood open, then walked us around and told us about the car. The previous dealership we went to didn’t do that, it was very nice that they did that here. The vehicle was great & very clean, they took care of us pretty quickly & we were happy w/the deal we were able to reach. They were all super nice and friendly, & poor Noah was running all over the place, only to have to go out and clean the car himself to bring over for us to take home! His (& everyone’s) effort was very much appreciated & I love my new car!
They couldn't have made buying a car easier. Collin was fast to reply to my online inquiry. A 3-5 minute phone call with Joe and I had numbers on my car. Everything was ready when I came in the next day. Signed papers with Brett who answered all my questions. Joe even came in and made sure I understood everything while in the finance office. No pressure on any add-ons, no surprises. All 3 of these guys made our experience as easy as possible.
